This 12-month fast-track programme is all about using advanced analytics techniques to predict the future and cutting-edge predictive algorithms to power our decision-making. You’ll work across two six-month rotations before deciding what area you want to settle in permanently.
Data Science is at the heart of decision making and customer treatments in Sky. We provide analytics to inform customer growth strategies, build tooling to drive personalised customer treatments and champion test and learn through experimentation.
On our Data Science programme, you’ll have exposure across the business as you work with our stakeholders to help drive decision making using the power of data and insights. You’ll learn advanced analytical techniques and use groundbreaking predictive algorithms to deliver valuable insight to the business. You could be helping to build our next data product, predicting future customer behaviour, or unlocking the value of our content.
And the best thing is you don’t have to specialise too soon. Instead, you get to experience everything that makes data science special at Sky before deciding on the area that’s right for you.
You’ll join our fast-track programme for those knowing they want to work in Data Science. You’ll do two six-month rotations in the Data Science & Analytics department within Sky Data, from the following teams:
Data Science & Analytics – Consumer – Collaborate closely with our commercial teams to develop data science models and data products which are used for strategic decision-making.
Data Science & Analytics – Content - Utilize viewing data to craft personalized customer experiences, enabling them to discover more content they adore.
Data Science & Analytics – Product & Operations – Partner with our product teams to create innovative data tools and enhance the efficiency and performance of the products our customers use in their daily lives.
This gives you the opportunity to work across two teams, giving you broad exposure.
You're a graduate from any degree field, or soon will be. You’re likely to have studied maths, statistics, computer science, economics, physics or be able to demonstrate your understanding of the use of data through personal or university projects. We’re interested in your passion for data and the drive and ambition you can bring to the team.
