About this programme

Where will our future growth come from? What products and technologies should we invest in? How do we compete in an unpredictable market? Partner with our senior leaders to answer the big questions and help us define our strategic direction as we enter an exciting new chapter.

We welcome different opinions and perspectives, and we’d love to hear your ideas. Impress us, and we may well offer you a full-time position on our Strategy programme once you graduate – starting September 2025. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support the delivery of key projects and lead on smaller-scale assignments 
  • Develop core skills in business strategy and planning, data analysis and interpretation, report writing and presenting  
  • Build networks and collaborate with other teams across the business.

What we’re looking for

  • The one essential requirement is that you're currently studying for an undergraduate degree in any subject, and in your penultimate year.
  • Other skills we’re looking for include:
  • An enthusiastic problem-solver, with numerical, presentation and IT skills 
  • An outside-the-box-thinker, brimming with ideas 
  • Collaborative and great with people.

To be eligible for this role you are required to have the appropriate right to work in the UK by the start date of the programme. Please be aware Sky does not offer sponsorship for this programme.

  • Application

    Time to submit your application on our system. We’ll be asking for your personal details, academic information and everything else that you think would be relevant such as work experience. That’s all there is to it.

    If we need to make adjustments to make you feel more comfortable at any stage, please let us know when you apply — we’ll be in touch to discuss.

  • Digital Assessment

    Once your application is in, we’ll ask you to complete our immersive digital assessments. They’re mostly situational questions and will also include a video interview.

  • Assessment Centre

    For the final assessment stage, we’ll invite you to our bespoke virtual assessment centre. You’ll get the opportunity to impress us in person and get a feel for what it’s really like to work at Sky.

    The day could include an individual interview, group discussion or individual exercise. We’ll give you plenty of notice and let you know how best to prepare for the day.
